Mediatti Communications (formerly Tomen Mediacom) is a small MSO.
The operation was a joint venture among Tomen, Olympus Capital
Holdings, and Pacific Century Cyber Works Japan; however, Liberty
Media International, also a major shareholder in J:Com, made an
investment in 2004 and became a partner. Mediatti currently counts
five operators in its investment portfolio: City Telecom Kanagawa,
City Cable Net (Tokorozawa), Edogawa Cable TV, Mediatti Tojo, and
Yokohama TV Corp. As of mid-2005, the Mediatti operators have all
launched digital service, which is the offering around which they are
unifying their programming lineup. In the table Mediatti Digital
Lineup describes the channels generally available across the digital
service for all operators as a reference; however, not all channels
are currently available from all of the operators (some mix and match).

Legend
For each of the operators, the analog service channel numbers are
shown. "--" means not available (but may be availble on
digital service). The channel lineup table does not list turnarounds
of the major terrestrial broadcast networks Fuji TV, NHK, NHK
Education, NTV, TBS, TV Asahi, and TV Tokyo--or their regional
network affiliates, depending on the locale of the operator--which
are universally carried by cable. The Digital Lineup represents the
digital service channels across all operators; however, not all
channels are available from all operators.
